Steve Johnson

Stevstevee Johnson will serve as the Technology Management Consultant.  Mr. Johnson has over 20 years’ experience in technology transfer and commercialization. He headed two successful technology start-up companies and acquired his technology maturation expertise by rising through the ranks of Scott Paper Co. and Dow Chemical, where he was Vice President of New Product 1999, he headed Creative Technologies Inc. which provided technology scouting and maturation consulting to a wide range of Fortune 500 companies. He was formerly Director of Technology Management and Intellectual Property for Concurrent Technologies Corporation (1999-2007). He has worked for Clark Professional Health Care, Harvard-MIT-Draper Lab Medical Simulation Group, Veridien Corporation, and MaxLife Venture Capital Fund.


Jeanne Hill, MD

Dr. Hilhilll will serve as medical and clinical advisor.  Jeanne Griffin Hill, M.D., is Professor of Radiology and Pediatrics and Division Director of Pediatric Radiology at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC.  Dr. Hill received her BA from Duke University and M.D. from MUSC.  She completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency training, served as Chief Resident, and completed Pediatric Radiology fellowship training at MUSC.  She is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology and has earned two Certificates of Added Qualification in Pediatric Radiology.  Among her awards and honors are membership in AOA, the National Medical Honor Society, and MUSC Radiology Department Golden Apple Award for Excellence in Teaching.  She was also Finalist for the MUSC College of Medicine’s Clinical Golden Apple Award for Excellence in Teaching.  Dr. Hill has also been named among The Best Doctors in America, 2001-2006, one of America’s Top Radiologists, and Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers.

Dr. Hill has published articles and abstracts in a variety of journals, including the American Journal of Radiology, Radiographics, Pediatric Radiology, Clinical Radiology, and Archives of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine.  She serves as an Oral Board Examiner for the Pediatric Section of the American Board of Radiology and is a member of several scholarly societies including the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, the Society for Pediatric Radiology, and the Southern Pediatric Radiology Society.


Randall Parker, MBA

Ranrandydall Parker will serve as the Investment Consultant.  Mr. Parker is the founder and Present of J. Randall Parker & Co. located in Charleston, SC. He spent 18 years working for New York-based international investment banks. He finished his “Wall Street” career as a managing director at Lehman Brothers. Randy has served a broad range of public and privately-held clients ranging in size from start-ups to multi-billion dollar international conglomerates. He also has experience as an investor and manager of entrepreneurial businesses in the retail, consumer products and real estate industries.

In addition to his work with corporate clients, Randy has served as a board member for several non-profit organizations and as the founding Chairman of the Finance Commission of the Village of Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Randy and/or JR Parker & Co. are active members of:
